Well, the chimney is up and the scaffolds are gone. I can hardly believe what my eyes are seeing? It was a lot of hard -hot work in the sun from these two young men who volunteered their time and knowledge and muscle-lots of muscle. Plus. that corner gets the full blunt of the hot day sun - so they really cooked those 3 days.
Now to clean up all the mess and get the stove hooked up to it and see if it will operate like it use to - about ten years ago?????? That will be another lot of back breaking work and that leaves my back out of commission. I pulled that muscle on the one side but I think this other side is still the neuropathic pain from the shingles. I just know it hurts. I did not carry the chickens out today at all.
I had to go to town to run a bunch of errands . One of them was to pick up an immature coconut that a lady had ordered for me. I have read that you can use the coconut water inside of it for eye drops to help the macular degeneration and I am willing to try? First I have to figure out how to get that water OUT????????????? ~smile~
Hope the heater hooks up without any trouble and keeps you warm this winter...
